Set the due date 5 business hours after ticket creation.
Could also add: toBusinessHours which moves the date forward to working hours.
We would have to figure out what "Business Hours" means.
plusBusinessHours and minusBusinessHours works on assumption that business hours are 9AM to 6 PM - Mon-Fri.
We will make this behaviour dynamic too in future. This means to take business hours at run time and apply this behaviour then. We have that task in backlog.
