Waiting on Atlassian: Server: Resolved Date gets set during Create issue if they have specified a default resolution

Description

This is a bug in Jira. There’s a Portfolio related bug (https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JPOSERVER-2016), but this also affects boards, and other apps.
This was introduced when we added the "skipScreenCheck" to the create action. I don't think we want to revert this as it fixes a bunch of other issues.

You can remove the Default Resolution or add a post function to the workflow to clear the resolution. See the portfolio issue for more detailed workarounds
