UserBean toRenderedString change causes UserCondition to fail

Description

UserCondition uses smart values to store values for reporter, assignnee and initiator.
These now return the name but the condition checks against the key.
The current work around is to use a smart value that renders the key. e.g.

There may be some other actions that store smart values that could break. e.g. set EntityProperties
