We want to use this add-on for our Service Desk, when the issue is resolved, the email goes out to our customer with the NPS survey. Any way to currently do this?
Great suggestion, but unfortunately there's now way currently to embed our NPS surveys in e-mail directly. All you could do is redirect them to a site with the NPS survey embedded from the e-mail. However you'd then manually have to figure out the user id and link to the support issue so it's not a great solution.
We're currently focussed on Automation for JIRA so it will most likely be quite some time before we can get to this. Sorry I can't be of more help for now.
